investment details
The By Love Events & Design team requires a service fee for all events. This service investment is exclusive of any additional event related costs (rentals, decor, vendor performances) and applies to the services of BLE exclusively. The event type, location, demands, and guest count are all contributors to your expected service investment. On average, clients will invest $2.1k - $10k with BLE for planning and design services.

Founded in 2017 as an event planning and design company, By Love Events & Design encourages intentional and authentic experiences for couples, companies, and deserving individuals that value unforgettable celebrations. Today, as a team of 5, BLE has become a brand known for executing the aesthetic and encouraging elevated experiences for all.
The process begins with a detailed and comprehensive expectation meeting, where the focus is getting to know our clients’ genuine interests, hobbies, and style preferences. Collectively, we work interchangeably to execute the agreed concept and creative vision by directing collaborative partners, recommending useful resources and alternatives as required.
With a core principle of interruption, BLE serves a diverse clientele, all of whom, value the details of a well curated event and the firm they’ve entrusted to lead their respective journey.

FULL SERVICE PLANNING & DESIGN
($8.5k PLUS) Our comprehensive service includes planning, design, and execution to create an unforgettable experience. By understanding your preferences, we can craft a unique event concept that inspires creativity. Our streamlined planning systems ensure that organizing your event is effortless. With a focus on detail and execution, you can trust that every aspect will be expertly managed, allowing you to stay fully engaged in the process.
Exclusively Design
($2.1k PLUS) If you prefer to plan on your own or have another source for planning, this service is for you. Our design skills are top-notch, and we look forward to helping you create your dream event. We will assess your preferences to build a complete and modern event concept. Then, we will find and coordinate with all vendors to bring your design to life, much like an interior designer does, ensuring your event is unique.
EXCLUSIVELY COORDINATION
($2.8k PLUS) If you're managing the main details but want a great team to ensure everything runs smoothly, we're here to help. Our team focuses on logistics and vendor communication to make planning easier. We'll start working with you 120 days before your event to finalize details and prepare your vendor team.
PARTIal PLANNING & DESIGN MANAGEMENT
($4.5K PLUS) With this service, our team offers a less hands-on experience than our full service package. As BLE clients, you'll have excellent planning meetings with us leading up to your event, allowing us to understand your needs better. We will assist with challenging tasks, help with final choices about design, and finalize your timeline. On the event day, we will be there to oversee everything and ensure details are in place. However, we will not manage your bridal party, cue entertainment, attend rehearsals, or handle logistics on the event day unless you choose to include coordination. This is a perfect options for couples with venues that include in-house day of coordination services.
creative Design & collaboration
We love collaboration and enjoy working with fellow creative partners for editorial shoots, commercial set design, and even interior projects. As a design and planning firm, we prioritize visual representation and welcome opportunities to help with project or brand expansion.
